1️⃣ First interview → Cultural fit (1 hour)

This is just an informal conversation where we try to get to know each other, usually trying to understand if we’re a good fit and if we’d match your expectations. It’s a good time to talk about what drives you, what you’re curious about, what you’ve achieved and it’s a superb moment to bring any pets you might have into the call as well.

2️⃣ Second interview → Interview + Technical (1 hour)

The technical interview is a way of assessing your skills. We care about problem thinking and creativity. It’s an informal conversation where you talk about what you’ve done in the past, what challenged you and we ask you some technical questions.

This may be followed up by a technical challenge if we want to dive deeper. No worries, it should only take a couple of hours to solve and we’ll pay you (via a gift card) for your time.

🎉 Final interview → Call with the team (30min)

Finally, we want to make sure everybody on Framedrop is onboard. We’ll mostly be chatting in a call, see if we click. Nothing too fancy, we just want to be sure we’re hiring fun and creative people to hang with us - and we want you to be sure our team is a good fit for you!
