What are we looking for?


We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with a strong background in the media and entertainment industry. This role is crucial in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring they maximize value from Framedrop’s solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, closely monitoring customer activity, and meeting with clients frequently to understand their needs.

As the main point of contact for key customers, you will serve as the bridge between their feedback, feature requests, and bug reports, ensuring a seamless flow of information between customers and our Product team. Your role will directly contribute to Framedrop’s growth by driving customer success and retention.
